This league is played using a reverse 6's format (3 males in the backrow and 3 females in the front row.

This league will consist of up to 2 tiers of 4 teams.

3 self-officiated games (2 sets each) per night. All games are capped at 28 minutes.

Teams will move between tiers weekly based on:

1) sets won/loss,

2) split set differential

3) overall point differential.
